Abdel Maldonado, 35, of the 100 block of Home Avenue, is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child for the alleged abuse that started in 2005 when the boy was 12, prosecutors said.home hiv test, hiv self test, home hiv kit
The abuse allegedly continued until 2006.
A positive HIV test led the then-16-year-old boy and his mother to report the abuse to police.
The teen reported three assaults starting when he was 12, but the defendant said he had consensual relations with the victim 55 times beginning when he was 9, prosecutors said.home hiv test, hiv self test, home hiv kit
Maldonaldo is being held in the Mercer County workhouse on $300,000 bail, said Casey DeBlasio, spokeswoman with the county prosecutor’s office.
