Shipping Policy
Shipping is free and is sent 1st class or by using Airmail, depending on where you are in the world. On dispatch of your home testing kit confirmation will be sent via email. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United Kingdom – 2-3 days
Europe – 3-4 days
Eastern Europe – 4-5 days
Rest of World – 5-6 days
Returns Policy
The tests are non-refundable. If however for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please use the contact form and we will respond promptly to your query.
